Splash Pad

We found a great new activity since we moved here... We have a splash pad just down the road from our house.  The kids love it and the best part is that it's free.  If anyone wants to come and visit, we can take you to it.

My new nephew - Thomas Ka I'a ui o kalani Schafer‏

Here is the email from the proud parents of Thomas:

"I was born May 26, 2009 at 1:25 am! I weigh 7 lbs, 9 ounces and I am 20.5 inches long. I took only 5 hours to get here. Of course that was after I made up my mind to come! We are all tired but we are happy! "

Lisa invited mom and me to watch the baby born and it was amazing to watch! I'm so excited for them to be able to add a boy to their family! He is such a beautiful baby! Congratulations to Lisa and Adam!

Coco the lizard

We found a tiny lizard on the rocks outside in our backyard. Madeline wanted to name it Coco. They were playing with it for the longest time - putting it on a train on Ethan's geotrax and riding it around and also putting it on Ethan's remote control ATV. I have some pictures of it - you can see how small it is compared to Madeline and Ethan. We made them let it go and they did, but the next day they went out to find it again and they found it and brought it in, but since then, they haven't been able to find it.
