Gingerbread houses and polar express trains

Today I got to volunteer in my kids classes.  Both of the activites were at the same time, so I had to rush in between to both of them.  I don't get to volunteer as much as I would like having a baby and all, not complaining or anything, but I enjoy the time I do get to spend with them in their classrooms.

We went to a pumpkin patch in the area and picked some pumpkins.  The kids were in their costumes.

Trip to California, Day 1-2

Day 1, we arrived at Long Beach and went to a beach.  Ready to start using our CityPass for Southern California the next day.  Day 2, we went to the San Diego Zoo.  Here's a picture of our family by the Zoo sign.  Also a picture of Madeline and Ethan by the polar bear area.

New things I've done with our house

 I used Groupon to get this vinyl lettering for our house.  "The Best Journey Takes you Home"

 Then I installed 3 of these lights by our garage.

Labor Day
