Today was Ethan's 4th birthday. Tonight, he told his uncle Adam he was 400 years old though. Today was also Joy School for Ethan and the teacher made a cute little blue crown with jewels on it. He's wearing it in the pictures. Ethan was very impatient for his birthday to come. He kept asking when his birthday was and when it was 2 weeks away, he was so excited thinking it was 2 days - thinking weeks were days. But we had to explain that weeks weren't days, they were longer. So he was overjoyed to find out that his birthday was today. I got a bunch of helium balloons at Walmart and had them scattered around the room and got a Darth Vader cake. Ethan doesn't even know who Darth Vader is, but still he wanted that cake from the pictures. I kept saying Ethan you know Darth Vader is a bad guy, and he said he still wanted it. Oh well what can you do? We had a family party tonight with pizza, cake and ice cream. I asked Ethan if he had a good birthday today and he said enthusiastically "yes." So I guess it turned out good. He still has a birthday party for his friends on Saturday.

Happy Birthday Ethan!!! Sounds like lots of fun. It was fun to see pics of all the kids- everyone is getting so big!!!
