Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

This morning at 10:00, we had our annual Easter egg hunt at the Thomsen's house. We had to bring 10 candy filled easter eggs for each child, hide them, and then we watched them find them. They let the little kids go first and then the big kids were able to hunt. Madeline had a whole basketful, so we had to give them to kids that didn't have as much. Then they stayed and played a while in their backyard. The weather was sunny but cold.
I've heard we'll never have another Easter this early for the rest of our lives. It's been hectic with getting everything ready for Easter because it is so early this year. But we're looking forward to more Easter egg hunts, and for Easter Sunday.
