The family birthday party for Ethan
We threw Ethan a birthday party with his friends from Joy School, his cousins, and a few others. We had 11 kids total! It was crazy. I thought only a few were coming because I didn't get that many RSVP's, but everyone but 1 kid came. Claudia was nice enough to let us have the party at her house, since we have already moved out and are living with my parents! It was from 3-5 on Saturday the 7th, his actual birthday.
We started out with batman coloring pages. I got a batman table cloth and blue helium balloons to decorate and a happy birthday banner and a batman cake. I'm glad I had Jared and my parents and Claudia there to help. We started doing Batman shirts - I got a few 5 pack of t shirts from the store and iron on batman symbols from ebay. We also played pin the bat on batman and made black batman airplanes and tried to land them on a certain spot. We had a pinata and then had cake and ice cream and opened presents.
I will have to post my pictures later since we don't have the cord to hook up our camera to our laptop.
My aunt took some pictures that I posted above.
Sunday night, we celebrated Ethan's birthday with the family. Ethan got a leapster - which he wanted because a friend had one. I got a great deal on ebay!

Ethan had a great time! Thanks! We're going to miss you guys not being close!
Great job on the bday party. I still have a few months before I need to start brainstorming for girly party ideas.
Happy Birthday Ethan!!! Wow, I can't believe how fast everybody is growing up....he was a TINY baby when I met him.
It really is just amazing...
