We bought a house in Herriman today. This will be our 3rd home that we bought. Our 1st was in Chantilly, VA, 2nd in West Valley, UT, and now our 3rd will be in Herriman, UT. It is listed at: http://utahrealestate.com/855433 .
It is a BRAND NEW home! I have never lived in one that was brand new! Has that fresh new home smell. Ahhh!!

We had an offer on it before I even knew about it. I was volunteering at Madeline's school when Jared signed the contract. Our realtor thought it would sell before we would have the chance to look at it, so she thought we should just buy it and we did.
