HAWAII!!! Yay! Jared's first time to go to Hawaii and my second. Jared got me tickets as an anniversary gift. We are going from October 14-21 and my parents and my sister will watch our kids. It will be the UEA holiday break. We will be staying with one of my friends I met from the Fair Oaks Ward back in Virginia, but they have since moved to Hawaii and we moved to Utah.
For our anniversary, Jared wanted to do a Hawaiian theme on the grounds that since we "couldn't go" that would be the next best thing. Besides the gift basket, we went to Moki's Hawaiian grill and then to Leatherby's ice cream shop - the best ice cream in the world :). Then he surprised me with the tickets at the end of the day. I am one happy girl!
